UPVC
 UPVC
is a thermoplastic material which can be easily heated and molded, thus
obtaining a strong and consistent final product once cooled down.
Its chemical composition is nothing more than Salt and Petrol. The salt is
converted into chloride through electrolysis, and the petrol is refined and
converted into „ethylene“. Joining these two products gives you vinyl chloride,
which in turn through polimeration is turned into UPVC.
This way, a 100 % recycable material is obtained at a low energetic cost and
completely avoiding contaminating the atmosphere.
Another great advantage of UPVC is its impressive thermal insulating power,
avoiding the loss of either heating or air condition, allowing for a substantial
saving of energy and money.
Our UPVC is of the „Salamander“ brand, because it offers a longer resistance to
blows and can be adapted easily to any form and shape, also offering a wide
range of finishes.
The precise technology applied to the frames, the thickness of the glass and the
size of the cavity, significantly reduces exterior noise improving the internal
environment.
